Maria Dahlquist has been running the Gazpacho Company for fifteen years. At first it was a deli, which then became a restaurant, and then a refined catering.
Nowadays Maria also works a lot with foodstyling, recipe development and photography. She spends her time in Malmö, Österlen and Annecy in France but finds inspiration from her travels and meetings around the world.
Her business is growing and she uses local producers, they are always the best! Maria’s vision is that food should consist of artless, pure ingredients that are easy to find, which does not take too long to cook.
It should not be complicated and not too expensive. It is a composition of taste, color and shape that becomes a conversation starter. It also becomes rememberable experiences for Maria’s guests.
